You could say that real estate is in Jessica’s blood: her grandfather was a prominent builder in Hong Kong, and her father continued the legacy by establishing an award-winning brokerage in 1990. Her first job was at Century 21 King’s Quay as a Secretary, and she is presently a Sales Manager at the brokerage.
Prior to returning to the brokerage, she went to Queen’s Law School and sharpened her analytical mind to better anticipate areas where clients need education and protection. Fairness and care are fundamental, and she teaches yoga and meditation, and has worked with individuals suffering from chronic illness to facilitate ease, relaxation, and self-healing. Jessica’s natural ability to create an environment of approachability and friendliness coupled with her intentions for helping others fosters a sales process that is enjoyable, efficient, and joyful.
A lover of nature, in her free time she hikes with her Cockapoo puppy, Rupert. She is an artist and a rock climber, and enjoys climbing outdoors around the world. Every day begins with yoga, meditation, and settling in with a grateful and open heart to serve those she comes in contact with.
Herman grew up in Scarborough and Richmond Hill. Over the years, he’s enjoyed watching the GTA transform, and is excited to be a part of developing Toronto into a thriving global city.
