Welcome home to Crosstown Condos, the first phase in the Crosstown planned community that is set to change North York with a 60-acre site, 5,000 residential living units, and a mix of retail, commercial space, and parks.
Located in the middle of the Don Valley forests, Crosstown will be close to public transit, where the future Eglinton Crosstown LRT will make commuting a breeze, and everything you need, from shopping to services.
When completed, the project will even feature a not-for-profit 1,223 square meter child care facility.
The initial condo towers will feature 1,604 residential units across three high-rise towers, ranging in heights from 32, 34, and 39 storeys. In addition, there will be three mid-rise towers, and freehold and stacked townhomes.
Initially, the project will include a total of 822 1-bedroom units, 321 2-bedroom units, and 133 3-bedroom units. In total, the residences will feature 2,769 square meters of indoor amenity space and 2,552 of outdoor space, with 934 parking spaces, and 1,556 spaces for bicycles.
Crosstown will eventually include two hectares of park space, with just under half of that being built at the south end of the project space during the first phase of development.
Located in the neighbourhood of Wynford-Concord, the area balances residential, commercial, and retail with the lush greenery of the nature in the area.
