Galleria on the Park is an ambitious project to redevelop the Galleria Mall at 1245 Dupont Street, creating new public and private streets, park spaces, with a mix of residential, retail, business, and recreational facilities.
Galleria On The Park Condos will be on the northwest corner of Dupont Street at Emerson Avenue in Toronto, with a planned 2,696 condo units in total. The project is being called a “Galleria On The Park Master-Planned Community” as it plans to create a community hub in the area with mixed spaces and connection to transportation, while acting as a beacon for the neighbourhood, and the city.
Aimed at sustainability, the condo project will be family-focused, and will try to help balance work, life, recreation, and relaxation. The project will also provide streets ideal for taking a walk, new transit access, and overall improvements to the streetscapes.
Imagine an atmosphere that invites people in to dine, shop, and play.
Each building in the project is expected to be between 7 to 10 storeys tall along Dupont Street, and 2 and 8 storeys along Dufferin.
Galleria on the Park will include a large grocery store, pharmacy, and an LCBO.
The condo project is a collaboration between ELAD Canada, with architecture by Hariri Pontarini Architects.
Galleria On The Park will be a pedestrian and cyclist-friendly community with a range of paths connecting you to the city, and transit. By car, foot, bike, or transit, it will be easy to travel to your destination, and get back home again.
Driving downtown will take just 15 minutes, and the developers are working with the TTC to make transit work for everyone.
Ready for a walk? Galleria will be a quick 10-minute walk to a number of parks, including Bartlett Parkette, Chandos Park South, Beaver Lightbourn, and Bristol Avenue. Or jump on transit to get to Dufferin Mall Shopping Centre in just 10 minutes.
