Introducing a glamorous mixed-use condominium project in Toronto’s Fashion District.
At the intersection of Front Street West and Spadina Avenue, The Well by Tridel will feature seven acres on the site of what was once the Globe and Mail building at 410 Front Street West.
The project includes seven towers of varying heights with residential, retail and office space.
The Well condos occupancy is scheduled for 2021.
The Well will feature 1,587 residential units, with 792 one-bedroom suites, 517 two-bedroom suites, and 174 three-bedroom suites.
All but one of the towers will feature mixed uses, including retail, residential, and office space to create a lively, contemporary community.
Designed by architects Hariri Pontarini, the towers will be modern, and anchored by retail shops on the first two floors, with brick facades and a more historic look to match the Fashion District.
Landscaping will include a glass-covered pedestrian breezeway running from the east to the west side of the space.
Located close to the Financial District, and steps to King Street West, The Well is close to the heart of the city, with numerous transportation options, including the 24-hour Spadina streetcar.
Living at The Well, you’ll be close to the city’s best restaurants, clubs, and bars, and it’s a short trip to Union Station, the GO train, and the Union Pearson Express.
By transit or car, Ryerson University, The University of Toronto, and OCAD University are a short trip away.
